Freezing Coffee
The most important thing to think about here is that there are a lot of variables and it’s quite difficult to control all of them. The judging of the coffees is also something to consider here, how good is the taster actually? All in all, it is difficult to judge this. The amount of days after roasting from when it has been freezed is considered quite important. The quality of the freezer and the packaging for the freezer are also important.
As with many things, I don’t think there is a simple yes and no or right and wrong here. Freezing coffee will most likely have effect on the coffee, but what effect and how much that is what we are trying to find out. The following articles are amazing and it’s great to see how much effort people put in their hobby or love of coffee. Great stuff!

Interesting experiment by Ken Fox. The big difference in tasting is that Ken brews the coffee as espresso’s. Tim (see below) compares the coffees with a cupping session.
